Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

佛波醇12,13-二丁酸酯(PDBu)是蛋白激酶C(PKC)的强效激活剂。它的亲水性高于佛波醇12-肉豆蔻酸酯13-乙酸酯(PMA),方便在组织培养中将PDBu洗出细胞。PDBu可激活原代人脐静脉内皮细胞的内皮型一氧化氮合酶表达,进而影响PKCα和ε表达。
