- 通过MTT(3-[4,5-二甲基噻唑-2-基]-2,5二苯基四氮唑溴化物)活力检测法研究其对人表皮样癌细胞(A-431)中2-氯乙基乙基硫醚(CEES)的细胞毒性的影响。
Biochem/physiol Actions
抗氧化、抗增殖、细胞凋亡诱导、抗高血糖、抗糖尿病。
紫檀芪对几种恶性肿瘤具有抗癌作用，因此可作为活性抗癌药物。在雌激素受体阳性和阴性乳腺癌细胞系中，它可激活细胞凋亡并抑制细胞活性。
