应用

棕榈酰-L-肉碱氯化物已用作酰基肉碱,用于处理心肌细胞以诱导活性氧(ROS)。

生化/生理作用

长链酰基肉碱和知名的线粒体脂肪酸氧化的中间体。改变心脏中高能磷酸盐和游离脂肪酸的心肌水平。增加培养物中红系菌落的形成。减少红细胞和心肌细胞的表面负电荷。据报道,通过抑制内皮细胞中的胞内钙信号传导,以剂量依赖的方式影响电流并抑制乙酰胆碱和 P 物质诱导的内皮依赖性舒张。抑制 Na/K 泵电流,但对豚鼠心室细胞的胞内钙电流没有影响。但是,与卵白蛋白一样,它可逆地使静息膜去极化,减少动作电位持续时间,并增加心肌细胞收缩的幅度。
