General description

Application
蛋白酶抑制剂混合物粉末可作为组分：
- 加入放射性免疫沉淀分析缓冲液，以裂解禽类晶状体样本用于蛋白质免疫沉淀分析
- 加入磷酸缓冲液(PBS)以研磨已表达重组蛋白的叶子，再纯化其中的病毒样颗粒(VLP)
- 加入PBS，以溶解棕点湍蛙皮肤分泌物的冻干样本以便纯化多肽
- 加入0.1 M NaCl溶液，用于洗涤和收集青蛙的皮肤分泌物
Biochem/physiol Actions
抑制丝氨酸、半胱氨酸和金属蛋白酶。
该复合物中的组分，比如AEBSF和抑肽酶可抑制丝氨酸蛋白酶，包括胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶和纤溶酶等。 苯丁抑制素抑制氨肽酶。 E-64 抑制半胱氨酸蛋白酶。EDTA 是金属蛋白酶的抑制剂。 亮抑酶肽对于丝氨酸和半胱氨酸蛋白酶都可起作用。
Preparation Note
