应用
苯氧化砷已被用于通过黑质纹状体横断进行动物灌注,以确定过氧钒(pVa)是否会与脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)协同作用。
生化/生理作用
氧化苯胂可抑制细胞表面受体的内在化;抑制酪氨酸磷酸酶,且对酪氨酸激酶无影响。代谢毒物。
苯氧化砷(PAO)可降低狗尾草的活力和可持续性。在EGTA(乙二醇-双(β-氨基乙基醚)N,N,N′,N′-)的存在下,它具有刺激环孢菌素A敏感型转化的能力。它可作为线粒体离子通量的一种刺激因子。
