一般描述

苯氧化砷（PhAsO4）是一种双功能SH基化学物质。它本质上是疏水的。

应用

苯氧化砷已被用于通过黑质纹状体横断进行动物灌注，以确定过氧钒（pVa）是否会与脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）协同作用。

生化/生理作用

苯氧化砷（PAO）可降低狗尾草的活力和可持续性。在EGTA（乙二醇-双（β-氨基乙基醚）N,N,N′,N′-）的存在下，它具有刺激环孢菌素A敏感型转化的能力。它可作为线粒体离子通量的一种刺激因子。
氧化苯胂可抑制细胞表面受体的内在化；抑制酪氨酸磷酸酶，且对酪氨酸激酶无影响。代谢毒物。
