General description
磷酸盐缓冲液-Tween®20(PBS-T)主要用作免疫分析中的洗涤和封闭缓冲液。磷酸缓冲液用于维持稳定的pH 7.4，适合许多生物反应和试验。PBS-T中的盐或生理盐溶液用于提供维持最佳蛋白溶解度和稳定性需要的离子强度。0.05% TWEEN20是一种非离子去污剂，用于通过封闭蛋白的非特异性结合位点降低背景信号。PBS-T缓冲液通过清除不必要物质提高洗涤效率，并在保持靶蛋白完整性的前提下减少非特异性抗体结合位点。
