磷酸二酯酶I是西部菱形响尾蛇的产物P4506,用于钙调素的磷酸二酯酶活化试验。 它被加入水解AMP。
生化/生理作用
磷酸二酯酶I可破坏磷酸二酯键并催化各种核苷酸多磷酸盐的水解。 磷酸二酯酶I是由磷脂酰肌醇特异性磷脂酶C从真核生物细胞膜释放出来的。磷酸二酯酶I可以水解3′,5′-环腺苷单磷酸(cAMP)和3′,5′-环鸟苷单磷酸(cGMP)。它与Ca2+/钙调蛋白(CaM)形成复合物,导致其催化活性的激活。PDEI显示出治疗癌症、疾病、神经认知、肺、代谢、心脏、肾脏、神经系统疾病和内分泌异常的生物治疗效果。
