制备说明
将一粒胶囊的内容物全部倒入100mL去离子水中并溶解。一粒胶囊的内容物可制备得到0.05 M磷酸盐-柠檬酸盐缓冲液，含有0.03%过硼酸钠作为H2O2的替代物，在25℃下pH 5.0。
