生化/生理作用
来自 Staphylococcus aureus菌株V8的内切蛋白酶Glu-C是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,能够水解谷氨酸和天冬氨酸残基的羧基端肽键。Glu-C特异性取决于缓冲液和pH以及可能的切割位点周围的结构。在乙酸铵(pH4.0)或碳酸氢铵(pH7.8),酶偏爱切割谷氨酰键,但是,在磷酸缓冲液(pH7.8)中,Glu-C会切割在其他位点。Glu-C被报道在0.2% SDS(十二烷基硫酸纳)和4.0M尿素中有活性。
