The large well diameters offer ideal access and excellent mixing characteristics, and the U shaped well enhances compatibility with the magnetic bead extraction. The V shaped well bottom ensures low dead-volume and high sample recovery during extraction.
Manufactured in a cleanroom facility or clean environment to ensure molecular grade quality, polypropylene plates provides excellent solutions for sample storage and assay set-up, allowing dilutions and aliquots to be handled, stored, or transported easily. The Virgin medical grade resin passes requirements for USP <661.1> and USP <665> reports have been completed for both CapMat sealed and Heat Sealed plates.
