生化/生理作用

该混合物含有单独的组分，包括 23mM 的 AEBSF，100mM 的 EDTA，2mM 的苯丁抑制素，0.3mM 的蛋白酶抑制剂 A 和 0.3mM 的 E-64。 AEBSF 用于抑制丝氨酸蛋白酶，包括胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶和纤溶酶等。 苯丁抑制素抑制氨肽酶。 E-64 抑制半胱氨酸蛋白酶。 胃蛋白酶抑制剂 A 抑制酸性蛋白酶。 EDTA 是金属蛋白酶的抑制剂。

特点和优势

含有单独的成分，包括AEBSF、EDTA、Bestatin、Pepstatin A和E-64，分别靶向特定类型的蛋白酶。

冻干粉在-20°C不开封时至少可稳定保存2年。

附一小瓶DMSO，用于制备混合溶液。

推荐使用1mL的混合溶液抑制4g大肠杆菌细胞的20mL细胞裂解物中的蛋白酶活性。

制备说明

可以通过添加 1mL DMSO 震荡一分钟后溶解，再添加 4mL 去离子水稀释，最终得到澄清溶液；或者添加 5mL DMSO 震荡一分钟后溶解，再添加 20mL 去离子水稀释，最终得到澄清溶液。 推荐使用 1mL 的混合溶液抑制 4g 大肠杆菌细胞的 20mL 细胞裂解物中的蛋白酶活性。

免责声明

未开封的冻干粉可在 -20℃ 下稳定储存至少 2 年。它还配有一瓶 DMSO。 在抑制剂沉淀出来之前，在 4℃ 下，制备的 DMSO 和水溶液可保持澄清无色约 24 小时。
