General description

多胺补充剂(1000×)是常用的培养基补充剂，专门用于促进细胞生长，增强病毒和蛋白表达。建议每1 L培养基加入1 mL补充剂。

Application

多胺补充剂(1000×)可搭配无血清培养基(SFM)培养来自外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的人淋巴细胞。也可搭配抗氧化剂补充剂(A 1345)培养合子。
