General description
蛋白酶抑制剂的DMSO溶液专用于纯化组氨酸标签蛋白。
溶液中混有多种抑制剂成分，可特异性抑制丝氨酸、半胱氨酸、天冬氨酸、嗜热菌蛋白酶样蛋白酶和氨基肽酶。

Application

推荐用量：1 mL溶液抑制20g大肠杆菌细胞或10g杆状病毒感染草地夜蛾蛹卵巢细胞得到的100ml细胞裂解液中的蛋白酶活性。

Preparation Note
该产品在DMSO中是澄清溶液。 推荐1mL溶液可以抑制20gE. Coli细胞或10g细胞或10g 杆状病毒感染细胞得到的100ml细胞裂解液中的蛋白酶活性。
推荐采用1mL抑制从20gEscherichia coli或10g杆状病毒感染 Spodoptera frugiperda蛹卵巢细胞提取的总体积100ml的蛋白酶。
