General description
o-苯二胺(OPD)自由基是过氧物酶底物，适用于酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)程序。底物产生可溶的产物，其颜色为橙棕色，并且可以在 450nm 下通过分光光度计读取。可以用3N HCl或3M H2SO4终止OPD反应，并在492 nm处读取。
Application
o-苯二胺已用于微量滴定分析的透明质酸量化。也用于酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)显色。
