General description
聚(脱氧鸟嘌呤-脱氧胞苷)酸(聚(dG-dC))经历了盐依赖性构象转变。在高盐下,以左旋双螺旋存在,而在低盐下则显示出B-DNA构象。然而,在固定化时聚(dG-dC)呈现DNA形式。
