General description
GenElute 质粒小量制备试剂盒可以简单、快速、低成本的从重组大肠杆菌培养物中分离质粒DNA。该试剂盒结合了硅胶结合技术和离心柱形式的便利性，可在30分钟内从1-5 mL大肠杆菌培养物中回收出至多15 μg高拷贝数质粒DNA。请注意，实际得率和最佳的培养物体积取决于质粒和培养基。
通过离心分离法收集过夜培养的重组大肠杆菌培养物，并通过改性SDS碱裂解法进行处理，之后再在高盐环境下使DNA吸附到硅胶膜上。随后通过离心洗涤步骤去除污染物。最后，在水或Tris-EDTA缓冲液中洗脱结合所得的DNA。
