一般描述

Trypsin Profile IGD Kit 能够对多达 100 个切除的蛋白点进行快速、高效和完全的凝胶内胰蛋白酶消化。消化后的蛋白质可用于 MALDI-MS(基质辅助激光解吸/电离质谱法),无需额外制备。由于 Trypsin Profile IGD Kit 含有蛋白质组学级别的胰蛋白酶,在 MALDI 光谱中观察到较高的序列覆盖率和较少的模棱两可的自溶峰。
通过赖氨酸的ε-氨基的还原甲基化对胰蛋白酶进行化学修饰,减少自溶,使自溶片段最小化。此外,还经过 TPCK(对甲苯磺酰基苯丙氨酰基氯甲基酮)处理,去除残留的糜蛋白酶活性,然后通过亲和层析进一步纯化,得到了适合蛋白质组学工作的高纯度胰蛋白酶。

应用
