一般描述
对感兴趣蛋白质的性质进行详细研究，可以使用Protease Profiler来增加你可选用的蛋白酶种类。Protease Profiler中提供了除蛋白质组级的胰蛋白酶之外的另外四种经验证的可选蛋白酶，一种酶溶解试剂，以及一种酶促反应缓冲液。每种成分均针对MALDI-MS进行了严格的纯化和质量验证，以确保其保持最佳的性能。使用Protease Profiler 可更灵活地进行性质分析，进行双酶切消化反应，还可以探索其它可选的剪切位点等。
- 双酶切消化反应 - < 初次消化所得到的多肽片段通常均大于5 kDa，超出了绝大多数MS系统或仪器的最佳检测范围。而使用具有不同特异性的蛋白酶进行二次消化可剪切这些大的多肽片段，获得更小的适于MS分析的多肽片段。
- 探索其它可选蛋白酶 - 胰蛋白酶有时并不适于处理某些样本。通过寻找最适于你感兴趣蛋白的蛋白酶可提高所得数据的质量。
- 进行溶液中或凝胶中消化 - 我们提供了适于两种消化条件的最优化的实验方案和试剂，有助于你进行灵活分析。

The Protease Profiler™ Kit can be used for different enzymatic digestions on the proteins of interest.
制备说明
The entire Protease Profiler™ Kit retains activity for at least 1 year when stored at –20 °C. Alternatively, some of the components (Trypsin, Lys-C, Asp-N, Trypsin Solubilization Reagent, and Enzyme Reaction Buffer) may be stored at 2–8 °C. The storage temperature indicated on the labels of these products is 2–8 °C. Storage at –20 °C will not compromise the performance of these products.
