一般描述

ProteoPrep® 膜提取试剂盒试剂采用强力去垢剂来提高2D凝胶的蛋白上样率和分辨率。3和4型Protein Extraction Reagent 针对蛋白质组研究进行了优化。3和4型提取试剂是在等电位聚焦和2D电泳之前进行蛋白提取的最理想产品。 本试剂盒包含进行二硫键还原及烷基化所需的试剂。ProteoPrep® 膜提取试剂盒由Proteome Systems和Sigma的科研人员合作设计。

应用
