一般描述
ProteoPrep®总提取样品试剂盒可从任意类型的细胞或组织中提取所有蛋白质。该试剂盒含有两种在提取应用中广泛使用的试剂及两种增溶能力更强的新试剂，可提取更多蛋白质。该试剂盒还包含用于二硫键还原和烷基化的试剂。因此，我们可以比较四种试剂各自获得的蛋白提取物，并根据您的单独需求进行优化。通过这种专用还原和烷基化试剂制备出的蛋白样品在2D凝胶中可呈现更好的聚集形态、减少条纹。
应用
ProteoPrep®总提取样品试剂盒已用于从各种来源样品提取总蛋白，如表皮干细胞和类风湿关节炎(RA滑膜成纤维细胞。
