General description

氮芥喹丫因（Quinacrine mustard dihydrochloride） 是一种荧光吖啶染料，简称QM。在水溶液中，氯乙基迅速失去氯离子，产生氮丙啶阳离子。这些阳离子很容易与蛋白质和核酸的羧基、硫醇和杂环氮基团或其他亲核试剂发生反应。
