应用

该试剂盒可在极少量样品中测量极低的蛋白浓度。准确测量蛋白浓度的范围，试管测定为0.5至30 μg/mL；96孔或 384孔平板测定则为1至20 μg/mL。
除了在溶液中测定和定量蛋白质外， QuantiPro™ BCA分析试剂盒还用于其他应用，包括测定与琼脂糖载体共价结合的蛋白质和吸附在多孔板上的蛋白质。 也用于测定各种固体载体上的官能团，如巯基、 N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺基羧酸盐、醛和酰肼。

生化/生理作用

蛋白质在碱性条件下将Cu2+还原为Cu1+ ，形成二辛可宁酸:1+复合物，该复合物在562 nm处有最大吸光度。

制备说明

室温下储存试剂QA、QB和QC。不使用试剂 QC（4％ 五水硫酸铜（II）溶液12mL），仅将试剂QA和QB混合，置于密闭容器，可在室温下保存一周。如果本试剂盒遇冷或冷藏，则在试剂QA或试剂QB中可能会形成沉淀。要溶解沉淀，请在混合的同时将溶液温度缓慢升至室温。该溶液现在适合使用。
