原理

RNAlater易于使用。仅需简单地将待储存的组织样品切割成在至少一个维度上小于0.5 cm,并浸没在5倍体积的RNAlater中。小的器官,如大鼠肾脏、肝脏或脾脏可被整体储存在RNAlater中。当准备好需要分离RNA时,可从RNAlater 中取出组织并按照像刚收集到的组织一样进行处理。对于细胞储存,可在加入5-10倍体积的RNAlater之前使用少量的PBS用于重悬沉淀的细胞。在制备RNA之前,将细胞进行沉淀并弃上清。

    R0901 does not have a specified retest or expiration date.  We guarantee the product for 1 year from the date of receipt, according to our Product Dating and Shipping document.

  4. How do you recommend I store my samples in Product R0901, RNAlater®?

    RNAlater preserves RNA in tissues for up to 1 day at 37 °C, 1 week at 25 °C, and 1 month or more at 4 °C. Tissues can also be stored at -20 °C or at -80 °C long-term.

  5. When using Product R0901, RNAlater® I observed crystal formation in the sample after freezing.  Is there any way to avoid this?

    Yes, incubate samples at 4 °Covernight, then remove them from RNAlater before storage at -80 °C to prevent the formation of salt crystals.
