一般描述

罗丹明 B 异硫氰酸酯(RhBITC)是一种有机荧光染料,在各种生物应用中,广泛地用作荧光标签。RhBITC 吸附在二氧化硅或聚苯乙烯珠粒的Ag 上。它不仅表现出强烈的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)信号,还表现出可测量的荧光量。RhBITC 改性的Ag 沉积二氧化硅或聚苯乙烯珠粒在乙醇中能很好地分散。它们也易于在水中被聚电解质包被,以便进一步衍生出可与靶分子相结合的目标生物分子。
