General description
核糖核酸酶抑制剂通过形成紧密非共价的1:1复合物抑制RNase活性。 来源于人胎盘。 抑制RNA酶A、B和C。不抑制RNA酶H、1、T1、S1核酸酶、SP6、T7 RNA聚合酶、T3 RNA聚合酶、AMV逆转录酶、M-MLV逆转录酶或Taq聚合酶。 抑制剂可通过苯酚萃取或加热至65℃ 10分钟去除。
