General description

REDTaq® ReadyMix™是由Taq DNA聚合酶、99％纯DNTP、反应缓冲液和惰性红色染料组成的即用型混合物，为2X浓缩液。PCR反应后，可将PCR产物直接上样到琼脂糖凝胶上。红色上样染料在1％琼脂糖凝胶中的迁移速率与125bp片段大致相同。惰性染料对扩增过程无影响，因此用户可轻松重新扩增样品，如巢式PCR扩增。

Packaging

Preparation Note

向模板、引物和水中加入 25 μl的ReadyMix，至反应终体积50 μl。 利用标准纯化方法，可以轻松将PCR产物与染料分离。惰性红色染料对自动化测序无影响，并且适用于限制性酶消化、连接和其他下游操作。
