Biochem/physiol Actions

9-顺式视黄酸（9cRA）是全反式视黄酸（ATRA）的异构体，两者都是从共同前体（维生素A）合成的脂质分子。 9cRA是类视黄醇X受体（RXR）和视黄酸受体（RAR）的强效激动剂。 具有神经营养功能，促进神经元分化，在治疗卒中方面可能具有治疗潜力。它还能调节细胞因子分泌和淋巴细胞增殖。9cRA有利于多巴胺细胞存活，在神经退行性疾病（如帕金森病）中诱导神经保护作用。 还引发抗炎功能，刺激肥大细胞，抑制白介素4和白介素5的表达水平。9cRA正在进行治疗难治性癌症的II期临床试验。
