生化/生理作用

核糖核酸酶 A 或牛胰核糖核酸酶 A (RNase A) 是一种内切核糖核酸酶，具有在嘧啶残基 3′ 侧切割单链 RNA 的特定能力。这种含有 124 个氨基酸的核酸内切酶在基因复制、细胞代谢和癌症治疗中发挥着关键作用。它的过度表达与多种癌症密切相关。因此，RNase A有可能成为一种很有前景的诊断恶性肿瘤的新生物标志物，也可作为新药研发的特异性靶点。RNase A 通常用于分离质粒 DNA。
