General description

雷帕霉素是一种mTOR抑制剂，来源于吸水链霉菌。它可以抑制病毒复制。这种天然抗真菌抗生素已被证明是一种抗衰老剂。雷帕霉素显著抑制mTORC1，无论年龄大小都有效。
