Biochem/physiol Actions
人血管生成素-2(ANGPT2)属于血管生成因子家族。ANGPT2是ANGPT1的竞争性拮抗剂，可降低血管稳定性。ANGPT2可作为肝癌的潜在标志物。ANGPT2通过免疫球蛋白样和内皮生长因子(EGF)样结构域2(Tie-2)结合酪氨酸激酶，在肝硬化中引起新生血管生成。ANGPT2上调可能会对肾生理和功能造成不利影响。ANGPT2过表达可引起内皮损伤和功能障碍，导致糖尿病患者患上糖尿病肾病。ANGPT2可作为检测肺癌进展的潜在标志物。在上皮性卵巢癌中，ANGPT2可促进肿瘤进展相关的信号传导。
