General description

ERBB2（erb-b2受体酪氨酸激酶2）是一种酪氨酸激酶受体，属于ErbB家族。它也被称为人表皮生长因子受体2（HER2）/Neu，位于人类染色体17q12。人ErbB2（表皮因子生长因子受体2）ELISA（酶联免疫吸附测定）试剂盒采用体外酶联免疫吸附测定法，定量测定人血清、血浆、细胞培养物上清液和尿液中的ErbB2。
