Biochem/physiol Actions

铁蛋白/铁蛋白重链 1 (FTH1) 是一种细胞质蛋白。它可充当运送到自噬体的载体进行降解。FTH1 通过以无毒且易得的形式储存细胞内铁来维持细胞的氧化还原状态。它在各种生理和病理条件下（例如细胞凋亡、炎症、血管保护和神经退行性变）充当关键的抗氧化分子。FTH1 单独或与铁蛋白轻链一起参与癌细胞、干细胞、成纤维细胞和树突状细胞的检测。
铁蛋白介导铁代谢并在氧化还原稳态中起关键作用。铁蛋白具有亚铁氧化酶活性并维持铁的无毒形式。铁蛋白可作为一种储铁蛋白，并储存过量的细胞内铁，这些铁不用于亚铁血红素的产生。此外，铁蛋白在降解时释放铁。

General description

人铁蛋白 ELISA（酶联免疫吸附测定）试剂盒是一种体外酶联免疫吸附测定法，用于定量测定人血清、血浆、细胞培养物上清液和尿液中的铁蛋白。
铁蛋白是一种 450 kDa 的杂聚物球状蛋白，位于细胞核、线粒体和细胞质。铁蛋白是一种细胞内蛋白质，含有 24 个亚基（重链和轻链）。
