Biochem/physiol Actions

干扰素γ（IFN-γ）调节细胞分化和炎症反应。它刺激凋亡介质的表达。IFN-γ 与类风湿关节炎（RA）有关。它减少了T辅助（Th）17细胞和破骨细胞的分化。IFN-γ 具有免疫调节和抗病毒活性。它与自身免疫病理有关。IFN-γ可提供针对肿瘤发展的保护。
