Biochem/physiol Actions
前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）是由前列腺组织特异性产生的由雄激素调节的丝氨酸蛋白酶，并且分泌至组织腔内。精液中的 PSA 可裂解精液凝固物中存在的精液凝集素。前列腺癌（PCa）患者的血清中总 PSA 水平升高。PSA 可作为 PCa 的潜在生物标志物。血清蛋白酶抑制剂如 α 1-抗胰凝乳蛋白酶（α 1-ACT）、α 2-巨球蛋白（α 2-M）和其他急性期蛋白，可与循环 PSA 形成不可逆复合物并阻碍 PSA 的蛋白水解活性。
