General description

脂质运载蛋白-2（LCN2），一种分泌型糖蛋白，是一种脂肪因子。它在呼吸细胞、肠上皮细胞、内皮细胞、肾小管细胞和心肌细胞等多种细胞中均有表达。LCN2基因位于人染色体9q34上。人脂质运载蛋白-2 ELISA（酶联免疫吸附测定）试剂盒采用体外酶联免疫吸附测定法，定量测定人血清、血浆、细胞培养物上清液和尿液中的脂质运载蛋白-2含量。
