一般描述
脂质运载蛋白-2(LCN2),一种分泌型糖蛋白,是一种脂肪因子。它在呼吸细胞、肠上皮细胞、内皮细胞、肾小管细胞和心肌细胞等多种细胞中均有表达。LCN2基因位于人染色体9q34上。人脂质运载蛋白-2 ELISA(酶联免疫吸附测定)试剂盒采用体外酶联免疫吸附测定法,定量测定人血清、血浆、细胞培养物上清液和尿液中的脂质运载蛋白-2含量。

生化/生理作用
脂质运载蛋白-2(LCN2)可参与到细胞分化、肿瘤发生和凋亡等多种过程中。LCN2表达的多态性与多种癌症有关,如乳腺癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌、卵巢癌、胃癌、甲状腺癌、卵巢癌、膀胱癌和肾癌。
