Biochem/physiol Actions
转化生长因子-1β1(TGF-β1)是一种多能细胞因子,在外周CD4+CD25+ 调节性T细胞的体内平衡和体内FOXP3(叉头框P3)表达的调节中具有重要作用。TGF-β1与其受体结合,可激活参与基因调节的SMAD蛋白家族成员。研究表明,循环转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的表达降低可能有助于系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的发展。 TGF-β1的多态性与类风湿性关节炎(RA)和尘肺病的发病有关。 系统性硬化症(SSc)患者的血清TGF-β1表达升高。 血清TGF-β1是格林-巴利综合征(GBS)和SSc的潜在生物标志物。
