Biochem/physiol Actions
人血清白蛋白（HSA）是一种可结合各种内源和外源配体的单一的非糖基化链。它可起到血浆转运蛋白分子的作用并主要与非酯化的长链脂肪酸结合。白蛋白还可结合并运输各种代谢物，如体内的胆红素、类固醇激素、甲状腺素、色氨酸、某些维生素和金属离子。它还具有与几种药物结合并影响其药代动力学和药效学的能力。HSA可作为一氧化氮载体并影响到人血清的抗氧化能力。在急性溶血的情况下，HSA可与血液中的血红素结合并转运至血红素结合蛋白，而在这里被实质肝细胞重新吸收。
