Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白A(IgA)主要存在于黏膜分泌物中。IgA分IgA1和IgA2两种亚型。IgA在动物中为二聚体,但在人类中呈单体形式。IgA可与IgA受体Fc片段(FCAR)相互作用,激发免疫应答抵御吸入的病原体。由B1淋巴细胞表达的分泌型IgA(S-IgA)可引起吞噬作用和白细胞呼吸爆发。分泌型IgA呈聚合体形式,是第一道免疫防线的关键因子。人乳和初乳中的高水平IgA可为婴儿提供免疫保护。IgA缺乏会导致易感性升高。IgA肾病和IgA骨髓瘤中存在高水平的肾内IgA。乳糜泻病中出现IgA的自身抗体。
