生化/生理作用
肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）是关键的免疫调节因子和促炎细胞因子。它与多种自身免疫、炎性疾病和乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染的免疫发病机制有关。该基因突变会增加弥漫性大 B 细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）和边缘区淋巴瘤的患病风险。另外，该基因中的多态性导致强迫症（OCD）和骨关节炎（OA）。
