General description
脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）基因定位于人类染色体11p14.1上。该基因编码前体蛋白proBDNF。成熟的BDNF（mBDNF）是通过proBDNF的翻译后切割合成的。
该ELISA抗体对可检测大鼠和人BDNF。其他物种尚未测定。
