一般描述

一氧化氮合酶（nNOS）基因位于人染色体 12q24.22 上。该酶参与一氧化氮的产生。

应用

亚精胺三盐酸盐已用于傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）表征和zeta电位测量。

生化/生理作用

抑制神经元型一氧化氮合酶（nNOS）。结合并沉淀DNA；可用于纯化DNA结合蛋白。刺激T4多核苷酸激酶活性。

注意

如果需要无菌溶液，则应采用无菌过滤而非高压灭菌。时间一长，亚精胺将发生脱氨基作用；溶液应采用冷冻保存。通常需要配制新溶液。
