Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
单链结合蛋白(SSBP)表现出对单链DNA的高亲和力，在DNA代谢过程中起重要作用。单链DNA结合蛋白hSSB1对于基因组稳定性至关重要，在滞后标准品形成过程中可协助引物的传递。它还能在复制过程中防止暴露的DNA滞后链中形成抑制性二级结构。SSBP可介导其他蛋白质对DNA上的功能位点的补充。
