一般描述

SYBR® Green I是定量任意DNA序列的理想之选。这种染料可与双链DNA结合,并可通过测定整个循环的荧光增量监测其检出结果。
SYBR® Green JumpStart Taq ReadyMix将JumpStart Taq抗体用于热启动SYBR GreenI PCR高效表现和ReadyMix溶液的方便性结合在一起。我们提供的即用型SYBR GreenI,JumpStart Taq DNA聚合酶,99%纯脱氧核糖核酸和反应缓冲液的混合物是2X浓度,可以方便使用。直接将2X25μL混合物加入DNA模板、引物和水中。JumpStart Taq抗体在室温下能够使DNA聚合酶失活。当温度在第一步循环变性中升高到70℃以上,复合体解离,聚合酶完全被激活。JumpStart Taq DNA聚合酶防止非特异性扩增,能够获得更为准确的CT值。

SYBR® Green JumpStart Taq ReadyMix已用于:

原理

SYBR Green JumpStart Taq ReadyMix可用于单个产品实时扩增,也可以用于产生荧光标记探针之前的PCR优化。 不建议将荧光标记探针与SYBR Green I染料一起使用。
