General description
抗-SIRT1可识别人SIRT1。Sirtuin 1（SIRT1）由定位于人染色体10q21.3的基因编码。编码的蛋白属于沉默信息调节因子（SIR）家族，是一类HDAC（组蛋白去乙酰化酶）。SIRT1在各种组织中表达，包括脑，肝，胰腺，脂肪组织和骨骼肌。SIRT1也被称为长寿基因。
Immunogen
对应于人SIRT1第580-593个氨基酸的合成肽，通过N-末端的半胱氨酸残基与KLH发生偶联。 相应的序列在大鼠和小鼠Sirt1中相差三个氨基酸。
