生化/生理作用

SIINFEKL是鸡卵白蛋白（OVA）的I型（Kb）-限制性肽链表位；鸡卵白蛋白片段处在在I型MHC分子，H-2Kb。
（鸡）卵清蛋白（257-264）是一种抗原肽，可触发免疫应答。向妊娠小鼠注射卵清蛋白肽有助于纠正耳发育异常。
