Biochem/physiol Actions
SU 4312 inhibits the neuronal NOS and exhibits neuroprotection against NO-mediated neurotoxicity. It might be effective in treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.1
SU 4312 is a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptor protein tyrosine kinase 1/2 and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) receptor inhibitor.
