General description
SIGMAFAST™蛋白酶抑制剂片剂是含有多种蛋白质抑制剂混合物的水溶性片剂，包括AEBSF、E-64、苯丁抑制素、亮抑酶肽、抑肽酶和EDTA。 一片可以配制100mL酶复合液，并可抑制20 g细胞提取物中的蛋白酶。
SIGMAFAST蛋白酶抑制剂片剂不适合与HIS-Select®产品或其它固定化金属亲和色谱(IMAC)产品共同使用。该片剂中含有EDTA，它是一种金属螯合剂，可能会清除这些亲和产品中的金属离子。
Application
SIGMAFAST蛋白酶抑制剂片剂的应用实例：
