General description
来自牛红细胞的超氧化物歧化酶是铜锌超氧化物歧化酶。铜和锌离子由活性位点的组氨酸残基配位。它具有β桶状结构。
Application
来自牛红细胞的超氧化物歧化酶-聚乙二醇已用于:
- 孵育肺切片用于测定培养的牛肺动脉内皮细胞中的二氢乙二胺(DHE)荧光
- 作为T细胞培养补充剂用于研究其在DHE处理前颈动脉切片的预孵育中对细胞因子产生
- 的影响
Biochem/physiol Actions
超氧化物歧化酶-聚乙二醇(SOD-PEG)在清除损伤中的自由基方面比SOD更有效。它减少卵巢卵泡细胞培养物和卵巢组织移植过程中的氧化损伤。SOD-PEG还可有效清除线粒体异常中的超氧化物。
