MIST1 is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) protein that binds to the DNA target sequence CANNTG (E box) present in the promoter or enhancer region of numerous developmentally regulated genes.

Immunogen

BHLHA15 (NP_803238.1, 75 a.a. ~ 140 a.a) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
