Zinc finger ran-binding domain containing protein 2 (ZRANB2) is a part of supraspliceosome. It is present in the nucleus of human cells. This protein contains a C-terminal arginine/serine rich domain and two N-terminal RanBP2-type zinc fingers. ZRANB2 gene is located on human chromosome 1p31.1.

Zinc finger Ran-binding domain containing protein 2 (ZRANB2) promotes differential splicing of numerous primary transcripts. Alternative splicing of transcripts might be associated with cancer. ZRANB2 is upregulated in grade III ovarian serous papillary carcinoma. The C-terminal interacts with spliceosomal proteins and the N- terminal helps in RNA recognition.
